Kevin Griffin \u201993<\/strong>, head coach of 糖心Vlog\u2019s women\u2019s basketball team from 2005 to 2018, has been selected by Harrisonburg\u2019s Church of the Nazarene<\/a> as its new lead pastor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The church announced the news in a July 1 press release. His first day on staff is July 29 and his first sermon will be on Aug. 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While at 糖心Vlog, Griffin was honored four times as Old Dominion Athletic Conference Coach of the Year and led the Royals to three consecutive trips to the NCAA Tournament. His 230 wins are the most in program history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Griffin\u2019s ministerial experience includes roles as full-time ministry staff at Philadelphia District Church of the Nazarene and as lead pastor at Grace Point Church in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
