Approval of Minutes<\/p>\n Motion: Go ahead with the change to remove names from last week\u2019s minutes.<\/p>\n 2nd<\/sup>-ed<\/p>\n Voted Down (11 opposed, 1 obstaining)<\/p>\n Motion: To change last week\u2019s minutes because of controversial topics and the names attached to content within.<\/p>\n 2nd<\/sup>-ed<\/p>\n Motion passed unanimously<\/p>\n Minutes passed<\/p>\n iv. Announcements<\/p>\n By noon to Christine or Carissa via campus mail<\/p>\n v. New Business<\/p>\n When is CAC coffeehouse? Schedule around that.<\/p>\n Second week of April<\/p>\n Ideas<\/b>: Dress like a Professor Day, Student Panel with stories from students about Professors on TGIW (vignette thank you stories), Flowers\/Smarties in public places for students to take and give to professors, Thank You Posters for each department<\/p>\n <\/p>\n vi. Old Business<\/p>\n Items include: Bricks from old Oakwood, Margaret Gehman original artwork, old dorm furniture, Lodging from two nights at tranquility suite, two pianos, elephant carvings from India, etc.<\/p>\n Student craft contributions: baked goods, textiles?<\/p>\n Becca as head clerk for auction on April 5th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Food update: Chili cook-off<\/p>\n Bruce to donate two pans of cornbread to go along with the chili and possibly paper products.<\/p>\n Trophy for chili winner?<\/p>\n SGA brought in $20 from donations from the Kick-Off Ice Cream Event<\/p>\n In development: an update system where SGA can see all of its monetary contributions for the campaign.<\/p>\n The campaign has raised over $1000 so far<\/p>\n vii. Committee Reporting<\/p>\n <\/p>\n viii. Open Floor<\/p>\n ISO Banquet April 5th<\/sup> \u2013 Funding Request coming next week<\/p>\n YPCA\u2019s budget received by Christine and Carissa<\/p>\n Deadline for club binders is Friday March 21st<\/p>\n ix.
