Setup
The Hall of Nations (University Commons) is reserved Wednesday from 9am-4pm. You will receive a parking pass after you register. We will have tables set up for your displays and you can set up and take down as it suits your schedule.
Schedule of Events:
- Service Career Fair, Hall of Nations, tables open 10am-3pm
- Lunch Date (lunch conversation with students and staff), East Dining Room- Northlawn, 12:00pm-1:00pm.
We will provide a light snack & water (breakfast/coffee is available in the dining hall, snack shop, or Common Grounds coffeehouse).
Each representative will also receive a lunch pass to use in the campus dining hall, then join students for lunch and conversation in the East Dining Room in Northlawn, 12:00pm-1:00pm.
Please note this is not a large scale fair – it’s a relaxed atmosphere where students who are serious about exploring and/or pursuing mission & service can have thorough conversations with you.
