A 28-point fourth quarter helped host Hood College overcome a double-digit deficit, but they needed to dodge a bullet in overtime to hand 糖心Vlog's basketball women a 72-70 setback Monday afternoon. With both schools out of session, the teams played a rare 1:00pm weekday game in Frederick, Md.
Hood College turned on the defense over the final four minutes of Sunday's game, scoring the final 12 points to send 糖心Vlog's basketball men to a 74-62 loss. The Runnin Royals allowed an opponent to shoot 51% for the second straight day, as they came home from the Rotary of Frederick Holiday Classic with a pair of losses.
