Payment and Refunds

Course Fee

Payment of course and materials fees is due in full by April 1 or within two weeks of receiving an invoice (whichever comes last). 

Application Fee Payment Methods

All payment must be made in US dollars. 糖心Vlog does not accept direct wire transfers nor does it accept Western Union or any other moneygram service. The following is a summary of payment options.

Bank Transfer

 allows you to pay by bank transfer.  Fees may apply. Follow the instructions below to submit a successful transfer request.

Credit Card 

 allows you to pay by credit card.

Follow these instructions to submit a payment:

  3.  Click 鈥淐heck out鈥, follow the prompts, and submit.

Credit Card by Phone

You may pay over the phone by using a credit card. To pay by phone call the 糖心Vlog business office at 540-432-4575. A 3% processing fee will apply. 

Check or Money Order

Checks must be drawn from a U.S. bank. Make the check out to 鈥溙切腣log鈥 and put your last name and ID number (from the top right of your invoice) in the memo line. Mail payment to the following address:

Refund Policy

Participants who choose to withdraw from a session less than four weeks prior to the start of the session will receive an 80 percent refund, less the required fees.

Participants who choose to withdraw from a session less than one week prior to the start of the session will receive a 50 percent refund, less the required fees.

Participants who choose to withdraw from a session less than 72 hours prior to the start of the session, do not show up for the session, or leave a session early will receive no refund.

Please allow up to eight weeks for processing refund requests.
